Keep the tape measure level and closed, not tight.
If possible, ask someone else to measure it, it is more accurate.
1. Chest: Measure across the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.
2. Waist: Measure around your natural waist line so that the tape measure fits snugly.
3. Sleeve: Measure from the lowest point of the shoulder to one centimeter below the wrist, placing the extended arm at an angle of 20º with respect to the body.
