CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE.
Be sure to measure over underwear.
Keep the tape measure level and closed, not tight.
If possible, ask someone else to measure it, it is more accurate.
– Chest: Measure across the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.
– Waist: Measure around the natural waist line so that the tape measure fits perfectly.
– Hip: Standing with your heels together, measure at the fullest part of your hips.
