– We make shipments by National Mail of Peru SERPOST, the delivery time of your order will be between 10 to 30 days, depending on the destination.
URGENT DELIVERY (OPTIONAL, WITH EXTRA CHARGE).
– Shipments by DHL and SERPOST express service. The delivery time of your order will be from 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination. Write us for more information about this service (Price based on weight, size and destination).
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES.
Changes: Changes will be accepted within 14 calendar days following receipt of the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The buyer will bear the shipping costs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
Returns will be accepted if the product is defective, provided that it is notified within the first 24 hours of receipt of the order. “KUZCOHANDMADE” will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the product.
